Shipping rates and delivery estimates

• We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over $100 CAD (before tax).
• Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
• We will use reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee that such times will be met.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

• Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and the link to the carrier's website so that you can track your order.

• If you are ordering from the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
• Spin Ink has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
